The fact is that we are building a business in California. It is very important to our chances of success, that good news follows us around. Therefore, if there is anything that you feel could be better. Any aspect of our clothing or service, or even our general presence, that could be improved upon, please tell us.
Richard Fox is a company of happy human beings, whose job it is to make human beings happy! Of course, we all know that it is human to err, and very occasionally we do. With this in mind, we offer a 100% Guarantee. We will offer to remake any clothing we have supplied, should it fall short of your expectations. If this doesn’t work for you, then we will be happy to refund any payments made to that point, and say a sad goodbye.
On going care. Because of the way we sometimes work, i.e: in our customers place of work, it is not always possible to see the garments when you try them on. With this in mind we have kept a window of alteration open for six months after delivery. What this means is that should you take a suit home and upon inspection, you decide that the left pant leg could do with being lengthened by 1/4″, for example, just call and we will look after it.
We want you to come back to us for all your custom clothing and we want you to tell your friends how great we are. So rest assured we will look after you to the best of our ability!
